CHURCH POLICY
The following policy of the functions that the church will be administering are strictly implemented and observed.
I. Dedication:
A. The parents of the child should be legally married.
B. The parent/s should fill out and submit the application form for the dedication at least five days before the ceremony. The marriage contract of the parents (original and photocopy) is required to attach in the application form.
C. Members of the church and non-members, of like faith, would pay twenty pesos and fifty pesos, respectively, to the church for the processing of documents. Note: Giving of love gift is optional.
D. The dedication ceremony can be any days of the week but should be held strictly in the church. If the ceremony will be on Sunday, it should be before or after the Sunday Service.
II. Baptism
A. The baptism will be done by immersion and open to the members and non-members, of like faith, of the church. The candidates should have accepted Jesus as their personal Savior and Lord.
B. The candidates for baptism should fill out the official application form of the church.
C. The candidates should attend the seminar that the church will schedule.
III. Wedding Ceremony
A. The candidates (groom and bride) should be on their legal age and have the consent of their respective parents.
B. Both sides should have not affiliated themselves into marriage before and strictly do not have any children at all.
C. The scheduling of the wedding ceremony should be one month before the wedding day.
D. The application form can be passed one week before the wedding ceremony and must attach the necessary requirements.
E. The candidates should attend the seminar/counseling that the pastor of the church will schedule and administer.
F. Secret marriage outside the church is allowed as long as the candidates will pass all the necessary requirements.
IV. Benevolence
A. Benevolence is offered by the church to its members and to their immediate families in case of death.
B. The benevolence is separate from the pledges of the church members.
C. If the church experience sequence of members’ death, it will be the pledges of other church members that will help the unfortunate members and their immediate families.
V. Emergency
This is a one-shot financial help that the church will be offering to its members in case of emergency regardless of any reasons. However, child deliverance is excluded from this generosity.
